BREAKING: Federal Court Formally Charges Barack Hussein Obama with Treason: Is this the greatest day since the Liberation of Paris?
The U.S. Army recently announced that they would move forward with
charging Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl with deserting, a move that turned attention
back to the Obama administration and their controversial decision
regarding Taliban prisoners at Guantanamo Bay.
Now, California attorney Orly Taitz has moved forward with filing a charge of treason against President Obama in federal court. Taitz is best known for her lawsuits surrounding Obama’s identity.
"Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States,” Taitz writes, outlining 18 U.S. Code, Sec. 2381.
The motion then goes on to list the many ways that Obama and the administration broke the law.
